What does a Practitioner Coach do?
What does a Coach do? Your immediate thought maybe someone who supports you to do the best you can be, “in sport”. This is partly true, and its not limited to just sport. We apply this support to all aspects of your life. In a private and confidential setting, we would define the issues that are concerning you and develop a strategy to effectively deal with them using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Positive Psychology, Time Line Therapy®, Specialised Kinesiology and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
What is NLP, Time Line Therapy® & Positive Psychology?
Neuro Linguistic Programming is using the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of the strengths that enable individuals and communities to thrive. The field is founded on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives to cultivate what is best within themselves and to enhance their experiences of love, work and play.

Time Line Therapy® is a technique which enables you to eliminate many types of issues in your past, thus allowing you to move forward toward your goals and desires.

Does Hypnosis Work?
Hypnosis is a natural state of selective, focused attention, and, even though it is 100% natural and normal, it remains one of the most fascinating phenomena of the human mind. Our ability to enter this unique state of consciousness opens the door to countless possibilities for healing, self-exploration and change. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not a state of deep sleep. It does involve the induction of a trance-like condition, but when in it, the client is actually in an enhanced state of awareness, concentrating entirely on the hypnotist’s voice. In this state, the conscious mind is suppressed and the subconscious mind is revealed.

What is Specialised Kinesiology?
The body has innate healing energy and is at all times doing its best to care for itself, but sometimes it needs help into a better position to achieve this care. Kinesiology also recognises that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to muscle but to every tissue and organ that make the body a living, feeling being. These energy flows can be evaluated by testing the function of the muscles, which in turn reflects the body’s overall state of structural, chemical, or emotional balance. Kinesiology does not treat named diseases nor does it diagnose them. Kinesiolgy is concerned with imbalances in the body’s energy.

I was kind of worried that I would have to tell him that although it was a good try I have just never believed that I can be hypnotised. After talking about what the sessions will entail, I woke up 50 mins later, literally woke up. My neck was so sore lol and I was freezing. I woke up to a refreshed new outlook!!! I felt like a huge weight had finally been lifted off me. I apologised for falling asleep and asked if I snored lol but I could remember answering questions he asked and he said I didn’t snore ( mustn’t have been asleep then ?) I was very much in a relaxed state.
For the first time in my life, I could actually talk about my mother in the past tense instead of it always feeling so raw, so emotionally sensitive for me. I still can’t believe it. Although he said that he is helping me to heal through these sessions I still think of him being the person who has made this happen!
I’m still working through the emotional eating but I’ve stopped eating the half a block of chocolate for breakfast now and am seeing food as more of a necessity to sustain life and less as I’m just bored so I’ll find something to eat. I’m wanting to exercise more and because I’ve had massive issues with scales from previous experience I have started using a tape measure and with just changing my mind frame on if I want or if I need to eat I’ve lost 6cm around my waist in 2 months. I’m not kidding! I would not normally waste my time on a post for someone, I would always just re-post for them but honestly, I am so happy to put my name to this man as he has helped me in so many ways than what I had expected. I look forward to our next session Oscar
